Chargeback & Dispute Policy

This policy explains how to resolve a problem with an order from Steadfast Aminos, operated by BioCoreTN LLC, doing business as Steadfast Aminos. You agree to it when you enter the site and again at checkout.

1. Contact us first

If something is wrong (an order hasn't arrived, arrived damaged, or doesn't match what you ordered), please contact us with your order number before opening a dispute with your bank or payment app. Most problems are fixed quickly with a replacement, refund or credit under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

2. Your rights

Nothing in this policy takes away any right you have under law or under your bank's or payment provider's rules. We ask that you give us a fair chance to resolve the issue first.

3. What we do when a dispute is filed

• We respond with our order records: what was ordered, the research-use, age and policy agreements recorded for the order, the research account verification (if any), shipping and tracking details and our correspondence with you.
• While a dispute is open we may hold or cancel other open orders on the same account and pause rewards, referral credits and affiliate commissions tied to the disputed order.
• If a dispute is filed for an order that was delivered as described, we may close the account and refuse future orders.

4. Unauthorized payments

If you believe someone paid for an order without your permission, contact us and your bank or payment app right away. We will cooperate with their investigation.

5. Research use

All products are sold for research use only under our Research Use Only Policy. Steadfast Aminos is a chemical supplier, not a compounding pharmacy.
