Processing
Orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders using a manual payment method are not processed until payment is received.
Rates
- Flat-rate shipping: $9.95 per order.
- Free shipping on orders of $200.00 or more (after discounts).
Delivery
[3–5] business days in transit after shipment. Tracking is emailed when your order ships and is visible on your order page. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. [International shipping note.]
Packaging
Products are packed in discreet, protective packaging. [Cold packs / temperature notes, if applicable.]
Lost or damaged packages

Address errors
Please double-check your address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
