Returns & Refunds

Because of the nature of research materials, we can only accept returns of unopened, sealed products in their original condition within [30] days of delivery.
How to request a return
- Send a request through the Contact page with your order number and the items to return.
- We'll reply with return instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method [or as store credit] within [5–10] business days.
Non-returnable items
Opened or tampered products, products not stored per specification after delivery, and [clearance] items.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us within [7] days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Unpaid orders can be cancelled at any time. Paid orders can be cancelled before they ship.
Effect on points, discounts and commissions
When an order is cancelled or refunded, points redeemed on it are returned, points earned on it are removed, and any single-use discount code is released.
