These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Steadfast Aminos website and any purchase you make. The site is operated by BioCoreTN LLC, doing business as Steadfast Aminos, a Tennessee limited liability company based in Gallatin, Tennessee (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Research Use Only Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

1. Research use only

All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified individuals. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics or medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease. You agree not to use, sell, label or represent any product for human or animal use. We may refuse or cancel any order we reasonably believe violates this section.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. By ordering you confirm that you are purchasing for lawful research purposes and that you have the training and facilities to handle research chemicals safely.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

• Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Quantity pricing, sales, group pricing, discount codes, spend-tier discounts and reward points are applied as described at checkout; we may correct obvious pricing errors.
• Orders placed with a manual payment method are reserved for [7] days. Unpaid orders may be cancelled and the stock released.
• An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We may limit quantities or decline any order.

4. Reward points and promotions

Reward points have no cash value, are non-transferable, may expire as described on your account page, and may be reversed if the related order is cancelled or refunded. We may change or end the program at any time [with notice as required by law].

5. Product information

Specifications, purity values and certificates of analysis relate to specific lots. We make no representation that any product is suitable for any particular research application. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, PRODUCTS AND THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY MISUSE OF PRODUCTS.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BioCoreTN LLC, doing business as Steadfast Aminos and its members, managers and employees from claims arising from your misuse of any product, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law.

9. Governing law and disputes
